Need help with proxies and paypal.

Hello,

I am looking for help with creating and verifying PayPal accounts. I also need help with setting up some kind of proxy system to avoid getting check ups from PayPal, linking of accounts and troublesome stuff like this. I will be receiving money from these accounts and billing them with my real account. Simply put - I need a full Paypal service package. Will need 10 accounts.

I don't have time or the effort to read up about the subject and set this up myself. I am willing to pay for help.

Tips are greatly appreciated about this and what safety precautions to take.
