Everytime I try to purchase I get this:

"We were not able to process your payment.
Please contact PayPal customer service for further assistance."

Can anyone assist with this problem that I am having?

Going out on a limb here, but maybe you should contact PayPal customer service for further assistance.

Also explaining what you are doing (something shady?) might help with an answer, otherwise how they hell should we know

Might be worth contacting Paypal customer service for further assistance

Or, I've heard maybe logging into [email protected], rather than ebay.yourcountrycode and paying for the item that way works.

Indeed. Your account may be limited due to some confirmation needed. Maybe your credit card or bank account information confirmation with PayPal.
