Need help with Paypal withdraw

I'm trying to withdraw money from my paypal account, but when I press "transfer money" paypal asks me link my debit card.

I linked my debit card, but nothing has changed and paypal still asks me to link my card.

PP usually ONLY wants a bank account first. (in my experience)
So if you are able to link a bank account try that.

Did you try adding your bank account first? I usually withdraw it to my bank account.
