Need help with Paypal Bank Verification!

Will pay some $money for anyone who can help!

Hello, I recently have been trying to make a stealth ebay/paypal after being banned by ebay. The reason for my ban was because ebay removed my listings and then I could not see peoples addresses who purchased my items or did not know I had made a sale so I did not ship the items then got negative feedback and got banned. So here is my situation and questions I have. I have purchased a VPS. I pruchased an ebay account from my friend, he gave me all passwords everything. I changed the email on the ebay account to my new stealth email etc. Only logging in from my VPS. Made a new identity and everything, looked up where the VPS IP is and what not and got a new adress everything. Changed all ebay info to new identity. I then made a new stealth Paypal using VPS and new identity making sure everything matched. I then purchased a VCC and linked it to my new stealth Paypal. Then linked the Paypal to my ebay. The questions I have are as follows.
1.) Will ebay get suspicious so many things have changed on the ebay profile? I have yet to change the password so they wont think it is stolen.
2.)My friend has sold a few things in the past (shoes) so his limits are decently high (100 items or $5000), I will be selling items for around the same price a little more (not shoes though) and probably more frequently, should I start off slowly or should I not worry since my friend has done past sales on the account.
3.) My BIGGEST question is, how do I go about linking and verifying a bank account for my new Stealth Paypal? I have a Virtual wallet with PNC and have 3 accounts. A checking savings and growth. I have linked the checking with my other Paypal associated with old ebay account that got banned. Can I use my savings account for my new stealth Paypal or will paypal be able to link me? If I cannot use it what other option do I have? I know VBC but how do I go about withdrawing my money from Paypal when the time comes? I can use my fathers bank account, though his name will not match the name on paypal stealth account, is that a problem?

Don't link your father's account with the stealth paypal account.
 
1. Yes you should never change too many things at once. I always suggest changing one thing at a time, and leaving it alone for the day. But if you've already changed the info and time has passed then you should be okay. Just let the account cool off for a bit before doing other stuff.

2. Always start as slow as you can afford. Accounts that are carefully build up are able to last for years to come. Rushing into things is an easy way to get restricted and asked for invoices. It also greatly depends on the item(s) you'll be selling. Some items are high risk, some aren't.

3. They can only link you via bank account if you try to reuse the exact same bank account. As long as the bank account has never been used on Paypal before (all new account number), then you're fine. Your father's bank account would technically work, but you don't want to drag someone else into this. Use your own.

So I will be ok if I use my savings? I should note im not positive if last time I registered my bank account I manually did it or just logged into my account at PNC. If I did the latter is there more risk? Like Paypal copied all my info every bank account number etc?

2) Start as slow if you are able to do it. Don't rush with sales they can bann your account for sales
 
Are you saying you did the instant verification with Paypal last time? You should still be okay. Supposedly a third party handles the instant verification for Paypal and that information isn't saved. But yes you're still good to go with the savings account as long as you never actually typed that account number into Paypal before.
