Need Help with Payment Processing!

Hello,

I have a client who own a call center and is dialing for tech support in United States. Earlier he was working for some third party client from Singapore but now he wants to do on his own, so he hired me to set up a website and payment gateway for his company.

Now I would like to know what payment processor is best for such service? Is there any reliable payment processor who charges nominal fees for processing the payments? Also is there any service that processes cheques digitally? without their physical presentation in banks?

You could take a look at Stripe. Pretty happy with them myself.

First of all you need look in deel n have to talk with/ask for experienced guy about this. Let me tell you at the top that tech support is a High risk business so definetly you would need a high risk merchant account whith gateway. Now talking about stripe,PayPal,PayPal business etc. Trust me you cannot go for long run with them and stripe never accepts tech support and if your friend is having work strength like 15-20 then probably he is making about $3-₹4 daily atleast and stripe will hold or block your account after sime time. Same in PayPal or busineas PayPal. Reason? Tech support bears a lot of Chargeback thing cos of daily outbound cold callings to US customers from various small centers. So you cant help in Chargeback thing. Now what i suggest you is to get a LLC,bank account,lawyer and verified Home or office address in US. I will help you to setup a payment gateway which is High risk and actually designed for high risk businesses like tech support,adult,e-ciggret,online betting etc. I will not charge for providing you resources or information, lol, thats what everyone thinks frankly.
