Need help with organizing

    Hi everyone,
    I have been reading on here for quite some time now and learned so much. I finally started taking action and created a few micro niche sites over the last half a year. Some are performing good and I am happy with the outcome. The one thing I wanted to ask was how people manage all the info about all the websites they own.
    What I mean is. If I have about 15 sites for ex., and I create web 2.0 sites for them and sign up to article directories and so forth. Then I need to keep track of backlinks like articles and suff for each site. Then there is content, blog lists for comments, keywords, etc. I guess my question is, how do you stay organized. I was wondering if anybody can give me some pointers because keeping up with all this info is overwhelming.

    Good folder structure and a good spreadsheet with all the details is all you need mate.

    Hey tinakramer, i had the same problem when i first started with seo, but like verdox said using folders and excel works wonders, you can log your usernames and logins + links to where your content is published, create one folder per site and create spreadsheets and text files login all the details you need to keep track off, after a while it gets easy :)

    Make a detail of everything that you do, arrange it date wise and make a record of everything that you do so that when you need it you should know where look.
