Need help with online content gateways?

I applied for MGCash but they're taking too long to answer..

Bee4.biz is unknown, and the Landing Page looks so unconvertable

people wont do the action on a page with texts like "GET PAID UP $3 PER VISITOR - MAKE MONEY SHARING LINKS!!" and etc...
is there any other option for online gateway?

i don't wanna setup manual landing pages because FREE content lockers sucks (or maybe i dont know a good one and you can suggest me?) and i'm a newbie already lost some money trying other methods that failed and i dont wanna do it again

Bee4 is not god, landingpage sucks, is not well programmed. I use MGCASH and love this CPA network. For me mgcash the best. Sorry for bad english.
