Need help with mywot rating

Hi,

I was recently contacted by a client for ORM where their websites are having negative ratings and value at . They want me to help them improve their ratings there.
Now, I've never worked on something like this before. Can you guys please suggest how to boost the ratings on this site? I read the tips given on the site but I want to hear from someone who has first hand experience in doing the same.

Really looking for some help friends. Please suggest.

I'm going to give you my opinion on mywot. I HATE that site!! They are full of crap and their ranking system is GARBAGE!

Okay, but enough of my opinion. Here is what the owner explained to me one time. For your reputation to even count toward improving their rankings your profile has to have made post/ratings on other sites. Off of that they judge how credible your rates are. Basically if you don't agree with the majority of the people your rates are not worth as much. They will not assist in removing false reports nor verify reports. I'm telling you it is a load of crap.

So, really the only way to help would sign up for a lot of different accounts go and rate/comment on other sites and be sure to side with the majority and after you have done this for a while start using those accounts to help increase theirs.

I doubt that was very helpful and hopefully someone else will have a better method because the one above sucks. Sorry

Not much of suggestions in regards to WOT. Its one of those sites managed by a bunch of idiots. Its easy to give a false rating and voila, you're doomed. As JustLearningTheRopes put it.. you are better off creating multiple accounts and rating on your site and a bunch of other sites to keep your votes legit to the eye.

Personally i've seen a competitor (I suppose he must be spending quite a bit) who has 40+ accounts all voting +ve for their site.

So, are you managing the accounts from the same IP and machine? Or are you using the proxies?
Moreover, you saw any ratings improvement using these 5 accounts ?

I use my main IP + VPS IP + proxies to vary the accounts. In terms of increase, to be honest 5 vote ups doesn't really make a difference. You'll be looking at 50 accounts at the min. to start seeing any difference. My biggest issue with WOT is not the negative votes, but it starts showing up in SERPs for your domain name, which is annoying.

I use SB now to blast the hell out of the wot rating URL/.
