Need help with my website android app

I generated android app from url on online generator, it works as browser but I have a problem with uploading pictures with it because it wont open my phone gallery.When I click add picture there is nothing happening, my site is mobile responsive and add picture is working on phone browser but on app it wont open.

What should I do to fix this?
