I have recently created a site on which the content is ready, I really have no idea of how to go forward with it.

I want to get it ranked in google search engine but have no clue of how to do it.

Need suggestions of how to go further with it, the procedure in detail would be appreciated. Also it would be really helpful if you can suggest me of how to get backlinks and manually from my side.

Nargil's response and make sure you're on the right track with your keywords, if you're trying to optimize your page. Also, make sure that your content is of high quality.
