Need help with my PS3

Hey all, i am trying to find a solution to a streaming problem that i have and
i hope someone here can help me with it.
I just got a 16GB disk on key so i can transfer some HD movies that i have on
my hard drive and watch them on my PS3 with blueray.
The problem that i have is that the movies are in a BS PLAYER format and the
PS3 is not supporting them and i cant find a way how to watch the movies on
my PS3, anyone knows what to doo?

I beleive you can use tversity to stream stuff from your pc. There are lots of guides out there that explain how your PC will do the encoding and it will play on your PS3.
Check it out it might be what your looking for!

I convert them as well, use mkv2vob, it only takes 1-2 minutes per movie, and it can also split it into 4GB parts (the PS3 can't handle files larger than that because of the FAT32 file system).

I dont have wirless conecction so i have to find a way to convert the file.
If i will convert it to a different format will that effext te quality of the video and frame?

depending on the movie you still might not be able to play it streaming with tversity. i would say convert them to correct format.

How to convert them, will that effect the quality of the movie?
Also, will i be able to attach the subs if i change the format?

What more information are you looking for? You do not need wireless to stream using Tversity it can be a wired connection. It converts your videos to the right format on the fly. But i have seen issues streaming bluray.

Quality of video depends on what you convert the videos too Divx/xvid/avi etc. You can find some tutorials on google on how to add your subtitles and convert videos. It is just to much information to explain.
