need help with my membership website

I'm thinking about starting a website that is a text/nude picture site. I have not idea how to make it and I think it would be a huge hit! I already have a number of guys interested in paying me.....Like as of right now 87 guys! I think this would work but I don't know how to start and I don't have a lot of money to start up!!! Can anyone Help Me? I have a niche and a domain name but that's all right now.....besides hundreds of ideas! I have read what everyone has posted on this thread regarding memberships but its so confusing to me. I just need someone to help me step by step...someone that knows kind of what I'm needing.
