Need help with my IPTV website

I have a IPTV website that was doing very well in france. But a few weeks ago I lost all the traffic that was coming from france. I still get traffic from other countries but since the website is in french this traffic doesnt really matter. Could it be a DMCA report ? I dont have any report in my search console.
