Need help with MP3 site

Hello guys, I'm kinda new to this forum (well not really new, just that I haven't posted anything until now) and I would like your advice.
I started less than a month ago this site, for free mp3 downloads. It is based on the YouTube API and stuff.
Do you think a site like this will be approved on Google Adsense?
Also, what CPM networks would work with this? Almost half of the traffic is from the United States.

Adsense will look for no duplicate content or copyright content. If it has you will not approved. Another your age is one month but now people say adsense look for minimum 6 months. Make enough unique content and user friendly navigation. Hope you will approved. Another take a look on adsense policy are they allow downloaded link or not
