I need a rewrite rule to make my links nicer. My links are like this:
http://mysite.com/?p=hW82k

I want to be able to access them like this:
http://mysite.com/hW82k

what rewrite rule(s) do I need to use?

iam not sure, but i think, this should work for you,

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ ?p=$1
