I have sent my Samsung Google Nexus S (I9020) for repair after it fell and the screen cracked. The phone is currently on contract with T-Mobile and I pay £30 per month and £5 per month to the third party insurance company. When I took out the contract the phone was pretty much just new in the market 1 and half year back and it cost £535 sim free. I have just got an email from the claims people saying they can not source a replacement phone of this model and gave me a list of four phone and I don't like any of them I mean I just was my nexus and android 4.0. Anyway here is the list below: We regret that we have been unable to source the same make and model of handset that you previously owned. However, we would like to offer you the choice of the following handsets Blackberry 9860 HTC One V Samsung Omnia W Samsung Galaxy W Is there anything I can do or are they offering the correct value for my phone I mean the phone do have similar features etc but its no where near the same price for them I will still have to pay out a contract repaying a £535 phone? What can I do?
