Need help with merch

hello everyone,please help if u can

I want to send an invitation for amazon merch and I need to use Payoneer since i don't live in the U.S,
but I heard some people recently having problems using Payoneer for amazon merch.

is this true? or is there anyone here that don't live in U.S and got accepted for merch
with a Payoneer account recently?

I've been using Payoneer for receiving payments from Merch. No issues so far! (I don't live in US)

I have payoneer for my merch business and no problems what so ever with that

One last question

Now merch ask you to send a Tax ID number but in my country,only people with a
very high salary has that.

is there someone not from US here that has the same problem?
