Need help with Massplanner Statistics

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with Massplanner Statistics, I have been trying to communicate with the help desk but it seems we couldn't understand each other. they kept giving me different answers

I use massplanner for Instagram only. I have been using followliker but recently I decided to shift due to some reasons. Mainly because sometimes followliker shows that it unfollowed or followed XXX amount of accounts but in reality it did not. But at least I was able to see this clearly in account statistics.

In massplanner, some points are clear, but regarding unfollowing it is not clear to me. I can see how many account smassplanner unfollow everyday. But I can not check if these numbers are actual numbers. Because I can not see number of followings daily. I need to see yesterday's number, today's number and see if MP really unfollowed that amount of users.

This statistic is super easy to check in followliker but not in massplaner.
Please kindly advise

Its easy in massplanner too, just go to Dashboard - Statistics - Tools and select which stats you want to see Follows, Unfollows Likes etc..

Just make sure the date is set to today. For some reason mine was always set to the day before. Click the tools tab and click on the number where it says unfollow/follow/like etc the graph should load up

Thanks for the reply. But I can not see what I want in the Tools tab. Please have a look at this image from Followliker.

Columns I marked with giant X is I can see in massplaner. What I want to see is number of followings day by day.
If I can see that I will double check if massplanner really unfollowing or not.

Please let me know if this is possible

This is possible in massplanner, in the statistics. You can click on the Tools link, then on the account, you can click on Follow or Unfollow and the graph will show exactly how many it did that day.

Hi, thank you for the reply. But this is not my question. Please have a look at the screnshot I sent in previous message. I know I can see how many accounts it followed or unfollowed. I want to see number of followings I have day by day. It is very different.

Ok, got it. Massplanner can't show you that. Socialblade have this statistics if it's important to you.
