Need Help With Mass Email Marketing

I am looking for someone to help me scrub / send about 15,000 emails. I purchased emails of property owners that live in a certain geographic area and mass email them news about the real estate in their area. When I send the first email to these people using Constant Contact I get two issues:

1. The emails I purchase have a 50% bounce rate, which I can get down to 10% using an offer the shelf email scrubber.
2. I get a .5% spam complaint. (this is not acceptable to Constant Contact).

After the first email gets sent out the bounce rate issue is resolved and the spam complaints drops dramatically to below .1% (which is acceptable to constant contact).

I am looking for someone or a service that will allow me to send the emails with the two issues above without getting my account suspended. Once the first email is sent I can then transfer the emails into my constant contact or sendy account for future campaigns with no issue.

Ya, you're not going to use official opt-in mailing services for purchased or scraped lists, you'll always run into those same issues. You're probably going to need to mail yourself and this is a lot more info than I can provide in this post, research what's required to setup your own SMTP and warm it up to get to mailing without all hitting the junk folder.

Your other option is going to be to hire someone to send out a blast which if you just have one list and you're not e-mail marketing full time is probably easier. And finally, you can make fake accounts at places like constant contact, mail chimp, etc. and send out their trial (2,000-5,000) e-mails and get an e-mail out before you get your account closed.

But trying to mail to non-optins with a service like this is really not going to work very well at all.

Thank you for your response. I have 30,000 emails and I am trying to create 50 lists with 500 people on each list. I would want to email these 50 lists once a month. I am just need a way to scrub the emails that don't want to be on my list by sending the first email. Once the first email is sent I can then email them normally through my sendy account. I have done this for about 20 lists already. I am just trying to add another 50 and finding it way more challenging.

Do you think hiring someone with a dedicated server is the best way to do this? If so, what questions would you ask them during the interview process to make sure they are legit?

Google TEAR email software it has built in email verification.

TEAR has a built in email validator. You can upload your list in that software and then it will remove all emails that do not exist. This should get rid of all your bounces.

Also if you use a email software like TEAR and then just buy smtp you will still inbox very well and drastically reduce issues of randomly getting banned.

Aweber is great for building a solid opted in email list. But if he tried to upload a list of 'bought' emails with 50% bounce rates like he said above he will 100% get his aweber account banned almost instantly.
