Need Help with Link Building Company

I have a couple sites that need a lot of help to build links, all white hat. I just don't have time to manage a team to do it. I could go to Upwork and hire 3-4 people but I just don't have the time to deal with it.

I am looking for a company to manage the entire thing. I am hesitant to go to the Marketplace because most of it looks like blackhat links.

Does anyone have any companies that they could recommend? What is the normal cost for a single site per month for SEO services?
