Need help with launching website

Anyways this may be a noob type question but I'm new to this

so I got a free account on Wordpress, I also purchased a word press theme (off a different site) and now I'm not sure how to add that theme onto my wordpress blog theirs literally 0 options that say add theme

and my second problem is that I purchased a domain on go daddy and now I don't know how to switch it over to Wordpress

It will be better if you pay for hosting and instal Wordpress via cpanel or Wordpress.org rather than use Wordpress.com
If you still want to use Wordpress.com then read the following:

You cannot use a custom theme on a free WordPress blog.

You are confusing the WordPress website that offers free blogs with the version of WordPress you download and install on your own webhost.

You need to get a hosting account, buy a domain name and install your own copy of WordPress.

Install wordpress with host gator or go daddy. I like host gator for hosting but I have my domains on go daddy.

It is important to realize WP comes from two sources. You want the self hosted org so you can have a custom them.

buy a hosting from hostgator
then set your Domain's DNS to your hosting
install wordpress org to your hosting

on wordpress.com you can only use their themes...so you'll need your own domain in order to use the theme you've ordered. Or if you're still looking to go for free, pick a free hosting, there are a lot around, some are even decent, they will give you a subdomain, install wordpress there and use the theme there.

Get a hosting first, if you cant pay then try a free one.
Go to wordpress.org then download the wordpress script.
THen upload it in your hosting, integrate it with your domain.
Then go to your blogs admin panel and add your theme

What kind of site is it about? I may be able to host is for you on my hostgator account as I have unlimited domains. I am interested in a small percent of the profit. I can help you set it up and modify it.

I am a noob too, but I think I know enough to help you out.
