Hello to all, newbie to the site. I own an insurance agency in MD. We have been telemarketing for leads using predictive dialers. As a result of July 10th ruling of the FCC, we are looking to implement internet lead generation page.

I need help with creating customized lead generation page that is completely optimized for the purpose of creating an action by the customers that are searching for insurance in my area. The action will drive them to fill out an information form or call directly. When someone fills out an online form, that information will be emailed to us.

The information we are looking for are Names, Address, DOB and vehicles in the household. Please email me if anyone is up for task.
