need help with install

I don't know what I am typing wrong but for some reason I cant post what I would like to here. But I need help installing a program a high end one and I am willing to pay very well.

The program is clad Genius, I will give a license copy away or pay through paypal. If I get the right help.

I have spent $100's of dollars on proxies and I just give up.
