Need help with instagram bots and proxies

First of all i would like to thank everyone who will read this and I want to say sorry in advance for my english since is not my first language!
The title of the thread is kinda random but basically i've started reading this forum around one week ago since i run an instagram page about shoutouts and i always done everything by myself.I have around 5600 followers at the moment and the page is 3 months old.
At the moment my my goal is to increase my followers and the activity of my page since when i shoutouts girls they get max 20-30 followers and i see other pages increasing way more faster than me!I've started reading about bots like fl and i have some questions since i would like to buy one...

Here is my questions:

-For now i'm just running one page and which bot is the best one in my situation?i was reading about fl and instagress but i didn't understand much about the first one and i'm kinda scared of getting banned and i noticed instagress is safer but is slower...
-In the case that i buy one of this softwares do i have to buy other stuff too?(i'm not afraid of it!i just would like to know everything i need to in advance)i was reading about proxies but that happens just in case i will run multiple accounts right?what about the dedicated server?why i would need one?
-is it so easy to make money with shoutouts?how does it work?how many followers should i have?
-What i should do to avoid the risk of being banned from ig?
-In case i will start to run multiple pages what should i know before i start doing it?is it really so important to have more than one account to grow faster?

The plain and simple truth to your questions about accs getting ban, safe settings, etc is WE don't know. The advice we give are from personal experience or from reading other's experience. Best way to know is to start with a low setting and work your way up. There is no magic number.

I can't speak about Instagress since I only own FollowLiker and MG Ingram. Both bots are great and the developers issue constant updates. I am using more of MB Ingram since I can comment over 200 a day without getting temp bans. FL, not so good as far as commenting.

Thanks for your answer!which bot do u think you think i should buy to run well a page about girls shoutouts since i'm only a newbie to that stuff?In your opinion which one is easier to use?

Both bots are easy to use once you read their manuals and understand what each feature/functions do.
