Need help with iMacros!

So I'm trying to create a macro that clicks an image (or certain spot as long as it goes through) on a site and then refreshes but the image is changing every time so it won't click the link because the image changes every time. Then I need it to click "Follow" in the new window that pops up. The site is tumblrpromos if you could help that would be awesome!
