need help with IG acc

hi guys
today i tried to log into my very old IG acc and it said "suspicious activities has been detected please check your mailbox to receive 6 digit code"
well here is the problem. i couldnt get into my mailbox because it is something like "[email protected]".
maybe i used temporary mail to create one. i know my password and full email address.
but i couldnt find the site for that specific e mail address.
can someone help me?

p.s (i tried to google temporary mail and look up until page 2 and saw nothing like that e mail add "

Well that's too bad if the account was even important to you at all you would have used a proper email. You can't get it back anymore.

The only way you can get your account back if you don't have access to the current email is to have access to the original email the account was created with. Unfortunately, it sounds like you used an inaccessible account for both.
