Need help with HTML/CSS

I need to edit the navbar of a site that uses plain HTML and CSS (the files are in my hosting's file manager, I'm not using any CMS). I do not like the look of the navbar so I want to change the CSS to the CSS of a different navbar that I downloaded. I can't figure out how to do it though so please add me on Skype: Lucas806CP

Are you serious? You didn't actually do anything for me and I decided to get someone else to do the work who can vouch I paid once he has finished. Seriously you need to actually wait before you say these things. I was away from my keyboard for a while as well.

1st Time Some 1 Out side from Asia Cheated me here in bhw
though his site contains Indian (Asian) Articles, so I think his Place in Skype is FAKE!

Ok, yes I'm sorry I didn't make it clear that the job was now being completed by someone else but you didn't actually provide any work. You showed me a screenshot and asked me if that was what I wanted. I am in the United Kingdom, that website is for someone else. Please accept my apologies for not making it clear though.

But I'll get the person who is currently completing this job to vouch for me once the job is completed. Thank you.

after fixing your nav as like of this Thread
you asked me to change your Header , certaining after that you asked me to change Background of main content, even you cant state what you want clearly [2nd picture of above post shows it all]
show me a single screenshot, where you asked me to provide you updated css/ you just asking me more n more jobs & deleted me in seconds, never asked, this proof it all
No matter whether some 1 else doing your job or completed
Point is you cheated me & you will get back ,simple

Yes I finished the work ... in 3 hours and 21 minutes and client satisfied 100% .
 
That is not a biggy, you can easily do it yourself, watch some beginners html/css vide0s, or contact google support they will tell you where you can find some help.lol
