Need Help with Gravity Contact Form Placement

I need some help.
I'm using Gravity Contact Forms and want to move the forms to the right upper corner of the header. I've Google, Bing, and spend the 6 hours trying to find a fix. So far no luck.

So I need a little help. I want landing page to look like this:

I using the studiopress Focus Template with Simple Hooks.
