Need help with Google Manual Penalty Recovery

I need expert to help recover our website that got hit by manual review. Notice a spike in spam links in the pass two months.

Tried using disavow tool to remove those spam link but no success so far.

Any recommendation or service that I could use?

what is the exact message that you got in search console?

besides the so called spam links, what have you done yourself as link building goes over the last few months?

This is the message i get

Google has detected a pattern of unnatural artificial, deceptive, or manipulative links pointing to pages on this site. These may be the result of buying links that pass PageRank or participating in link schemes

No I have not build any links for quite a while

I see a spike in links from March, with lots of domain from .de, .info, .nl and even some porn link across my whole site. Even those filler articles.

Keep disavowing until your reconsideration gets approved. That's the only method.

I agree with this suggestion.

@Jason Foo - also do you have any legitimate backlink from .de, .info, .nl ? if not, take the easy way out and just disavow at extension level! (please check to see even if this is possible or not).

yeah keep disavowing
contact those site owners and send emails
One of my sites got manual panlty and i recover it like this and now its ranking like normal
