Need Help with Google Console Issues and Publishing Process

Hi guys, I want to ask the community here. Recently, I've been having trouble with Google closing my consoles, so I thought the problem was with the code source that i was using. After testing other ones, I found out I was wrong, try to work wiht colos testing same thing hapen, change laptob to work wiht out proxys also same thing hapen. So, I want to ask you guys how you publish. What's the process for new consoles and what should I avoid doing? Thanks for your help.

Maybe policy violations, suspicious activity or use of automated tools. Add your property to Google Search Console, verify ownership, and configure your site , avoid duplicate content, and adhere to Google's quality guidelines.
