Need help with Google captcha verification when using proxies

I'm running into a persistent issue where I keep getting hit with Google verification captchas when using proxies through Oxylabs with Adspower. This is really slowing down my workflow and making automation nearly impossible.
Has anyone found effective ways to avoid these captchas when using proxies?

I've tried:
Rotating IPs more frequently
Using residential proxies instead of datacenter ones, I have also tried Mobile Proxies
Adjusting request timing/patterns

But I'm still getting flagged constantly.
I'm also wondering if there are better proxy providers than Oxylabs that integrate well with Adspower and have better success rates avoiding Google's detection systems. I need something reliable for web scraping/automation tasks.
What proxy services have you had the best luck with for avoiding captchas? Any specific configurations or techniques that have worked for you? Budget isn't a huge concern if the service actually works consistently.

Captchas come down to IP quality. If Google sees the proxy pool as flagged or low‑trust, you’ll get challenges no matter the setup. Clean residential or mobile IPs from a provider with strong reputation control are the only real fix
 
Yeah I’ve dealt with this too, it’s rarely the proxy alone tbh. Google cares more about how “real” the session looks. Maybe try slowing things down, keeping sessions sticky, and using aged profiles instead of fresh ones. Rotating too fast actually made it worse for me.
 
Mostly watchout for fingerprints. Its is not always just proxies if same setup is being used.

You might still get captchas nonetheless, if so, link your script with some solving service like death by captcha and it should go back to running smooth.
 
I'll go with phone farm, with residental proxy/vpn, ssid changer, mac randomizer. Still works for me
 
At this point it’s probably not your provider's issue, it’s how the whole setup looks to Google.

Switching proxy types won’t fix it if the IP itself already has a bad history or is coming from a noisy pool. Even “residential” or “mobile” can be flagged if they’ve been abused a lot. IP reputation changes constantly and one bad user can ruin it fast.

Also, rotating more usually makes it worse with Google. You keep showing up as a new identity with zero history, so it keeps challenging you.

What tends to work better is:
  • one sticky proxy per profile (don’t rotate mid-session)
  • keep sessions consistent and reuse cookies
  • slow things down and avoid repetitive patterns
Think of it less as “which proxy is best” and more as “does this identity look stable and trustworthy over time”.

Have you tried running the same setup on one clean sticky IP for a full session instead of rotating?

To prevent your proxy from getting caught by Google's captcha, its IP address must be clean. The best way to check if it's clean is to test it before buying. I always ask the proxy seller to give me a sample to test beforehand, checking everything on pixelscan, ipfighter, etc. including checking for captchas. In my experience, if it only gets a captcha once and can be solved on the first try or if you don't need to solve it at all and just tick the box, then I think that proxy is still usable. However, if it fails after 3-4 attempts, you should probably discard that proxy. If you encounter such errors, you should contact the provider for support, exchange, or refund.
 
Google CAPTCHAs in Adspower aren't mostly an IP issue — they fire when your browser fingerprint doesn't match the proxy's geo. Timezone set to UTC while routing through a US residential IP is the #1 trigger, followed by WebRTC leaking your real local IP inside the browser profile. Check that canvas/WebGL spoofing is actually active in your Adspower profile, not just on by default as a toggle. If fingerprints are aligned and you're still getting hit, switch from rotating to sticky sessions — Google trust-scores consistent IPs way higher than fresh-per-request ones.

This usually isn’t just a proxy issue—Google flags a lot based on behavior, not only IP quality. What typically helps in setups like this:
  • Keep sessions stable instead of changing IPs too often
  • Avoid fast or repetitive actions right after entry
  • Make each profile behave consistently (same pattern per session)
  • Spread requests out instead of clustering them
Most of the time, constant captcha loops come more from pattern signals than the proxy itself. I hope this helps.
 
Agree with this. Shared/high-volume pools burn much faster on Google because so many users generate similar patterns through the same ranges. Usually stable sessions + lower request bursts work better than rotating aggressively every few requests.
