Need help with Gmail(Gsuite)

Hello, guys. I have one question. I have thousands of emails from my previous clients in one of my gmail(gsuite) inboxes. And i'm wondering, is there any way hot to export all of these emails into an excel file or somewhere else, so i can have the list of all the different emails of my clients that i currently have in my inbox? I currently have over 2 thousands of emails which most of them are unique clients.

Moreover, each of the emails are related to some particular instagram username, which is mentioned in a subject line. Here is the photo how it looks like.

select all those emails then click on the more option and select forward as attachment and send it to yourself or something then download the attachment (an EML file). Or you can use Google Takeout.
