Need help with getting back on Amazon as a seller

Hello everyone, I was recently booted from Amazon. I wont bore you all with a sob story and all that, but I am stuck with a huge inventory and massive bills and I need to get back on ASAP. All items are fulfilled by me not amazon FBA or dropshipping. I have read many threads and the amazon ghost and all that, and it just leaves me with tons of questions. I want to do it right and have several backup names in case it happens again. Here are my main questions:

VPN or VPS? I am hearing both from several people and am unsure which to go with. I am in kind of a remote area so one concern is will I be able to get something near enough so it does not raise any red flags with amazon.

Name on the account. I saw one video where they said to just make any fake name. How does this work? I need everything legit come tax time with it so how does one go about using a name different from the suspended account?

Address, same video and others said to just pluck out any old address as long as it is real and to use that?

I have a fresh EIN and LLC to work with here, and I filed for another DBA today. Can I use my LLC and business account debit card for one account? Do I need a greendot card or payoneer instead And what about the fact that the business bank account has my address that was suspended from Amazon, can Amazon ever find this?

I am so confused by all this, any help would be srsly appreciated

I don't have experience with Amazon stealth accounts, but I do have some experience with Paypal/Ebay stealth accounts. It can't be much different.

I'd say go with a VPS. VPN's aren't as reliable.

If you want this to be legit, but still stealth in some way you can use a variation of your name. For example, if your name is Jonathon Johnson you could use Jon Johnson.

As for the address, I'm not sure about this. Maybe use a relative's address or a friends? A PO Box is an option, but I don't know how reliable that is.

You'll probably just need the EIN and business debit card you have. I don't think you'll need to go as far as getting a greendot. As for the suspended address on the card, I don't know about that. That could be a problem because it's the billing address. With that said, I was wrong above. You probably will need a new card.

Again, this is all from my experience with Paypal/Ebay stealth accounts. I would think most of the stuff I learned from those two sites apply to Amazon.

Take my advice lightly, though. I'm no expert. I'm trying to get into legit e-commerce myself.

Thanks for the advice, but from what I have researched Amazon is way stricter with this kind of stuff, even tracking email and checking for inventory matches and such.

Yeah it really is a lot trickier than ebay it seems. With the ebay stealth accounts how do you get multiple paypal accounts?

i have experience with over 20 new amazon accounts. Here is what you need to change/reset:

mac address
ip address
flash cookies/cookies
(new vps will solve the above)

bank details
cc details
address & name details
phone number

amazon won't be able to verify your address via bank, but will via cc, so a disposable one is preferable for verification.

Thanks Panther, but what about name and address and the fact I am already banned under my name and address? Could I use any random address and use a PO box for my return address? Does the VPS have to be close to the address being used? Grateful for all help

you can just put any address, however obviously include a note to your buyers about the correct return address if they have any problems. As long as the vps is the same country, thats all you need. (at the moment anyway)

I would always switch my name around, and usually make my name the name of the new account.

Your cc verification, doesn't have to match the bank account address.

And can I use multiple VPS from the same computer or should I designate each computer to that VPS? I have several at my disposal and even would be willing to pickup 2 new laptops if that would cover it so I dont have to use any of the computers I used in the past on amazon.

You only need a single computer to run multiple VPSs. No need for multiple computers.
