Need Help with French/German Niche Keywords

I'm native english speaker and looking to try french and other European language niches for CPA/PPD. The problem I'm facing is when I try to do keyword research in Google, I'm not able to locate proper KW such as "xxx downloads" or "xxx hacks" in those languages. Google translate is not very helpful either. It doesn't tell me if that's how people actually search or not in everyday life - ie -Practically. Can any native French, German or Spanish mates here help with what kind of keywords i need to look for in the local languages to begin with my niche CPA/PPD site. Eg: games,hacks, keygen, mp3 etc.. Again, I'm not asking for niches or spoon-feed me your niches but just pointers to the right direction on how to do the KW research in those languages since i have no command on the language.
