Need help with for my scraping idea

Hello,

There are no article spinners in my language.

Now I want to scrape/copy all posts from another WordPress website.

Then I want to automatically translate all articles into English.

Then I want to spin all articles and translate them back to the original language.

1) What do you think is the best method to copy and paste all posts from an existing WordPress website (not under my control) into my WordPress website?

2) What is the best plugin/method to translate these articles into English?
