Hello,I've finally managed to sell my facebook page and website on Flippa.

The success fee is very large and I don't have money in my pocket to pay it now, when do I have to pay it? Can I pay success fee once I get the money from the sale?

How can I deliver the facebook page and website in the most safe way without losing my page?

It seems as though paying the success fee when you get the money from the site is reasonable.

A lot of people aren't going to have 12 to 15% of a few k lying around.

I think using the escrow they offer is the best bet for the transfer.

But if I were you, I'd ask Flippa these questions and proceed however they suggest.

Did anyone use PAYONEER as a payout method from flippa?

You will have around 90 days to pay the success fee. Just pay it once you get the money in your account. If the sale didn't occur then just contact support and tell them the same and they will remove the invoice and relist you for free. I would suggest using the Flippa Escrow for the site transfer as it is much safer.

If you pay with flippa escrow the success fee is automatically deducted from it. If you did not do flippa escrow you have up to 30 days to pay the invoice, and it's best to pay it after the transaction has finished :)
