I'm tired of this BS of networks not accepting offline and blahblahblah. Offline traffic to me is even better b/c it shows that person is seriously interested vs. oh cool graphic, click.

So i'm looking for a good network that accepts offline (doesnt have to be dedicated to offline, but cool with it).

Why don't you just fake the referrer and say its organic seo or ppc. If they ask why its all from same local area, then say ur ppc campaign is locally targeted.

You can do as realgangstas suggested or you could just ask your AM if they allow offline marketing. Each advertiser is different and some might allow it. You just have to talk to them and see if it is ok. Let's take blockbusters for example. Their terms say that you are not allowed to promote offline but I contacted them and explained to them what I wanted to do, and they said that should be fine.

I understand, its just such a hassle ot contact the advertisers and go through your worthless AM who couldn't give a shit. I just rather be in a network that accepts it on the go.
