Need help with FB ads account.How to get another one?

So my main account got restricted before i even started promoting anything because my name on the profile didn't matched the name on PP and i got the usual "Final decision" e-mail.

Then i thought of making another account with my real name and bio that matched my credit card name and everything and got the same thing in 2 days of setting it up.

Now the question is , how can i go for another account and avoid getting restricted again?
Right now i`m paying people to run my campaigns but i want to have everything under my control.How can i get another account?

Did anyone had the same problem as me?If so , what did you do about it?

I was traveling so i logged in with a diff ip than normal.. and instantly got 2 emails saying my account was comprimised. I emailed them with my ID and other info and they still replied back with the similar final decision email. this was 100% white hat legit personal account.

So yeah, im in the same situation. getting a new fb account is easy as hell, but the hard part is funding the account that actually works.
I've searched the forum, but noone is spillin the secret how, so im willing to spend money on that info. If anyone knows a VCC or some easy way to fund fb accounts that doesnt get flagged, please hit me up!

yes please! this was my #1 source of income and it was legit white hat. pisses me off that even after sending proof they reply with bull shit.
