I have seen at least one facebook method posted here, searching is your friend.

Post a high quality pic related to your niche.In the description, ask them a question. This will increase their engagement. Don't brag for Likes, make sure what you post is relevant to your page and unique (or less common).

Beg for them, no RLY!
Read about EdgeRank - post not too often, but consistently, choose "PrimeTime" when most TA can see these. Never SPAM of Friend strangers - you'll be banned with 0 help from support. Have more than 1 admin for anyone can ban you randomly ;-) Lurk more and RTFM, and good luck!

BTW I have a question RE limit of 155 symbols in a "biz page" Short Description: found that for non-latim scripts it's actually less, 103 chars Cyrylics, and just 83 for Greek - their help forum has 48 threads, but no working solution - can anyone advise PLS - maybe there is a valid encoding? IMG is not possible to put there...
