Need help with Facebook..

The last days im using Facebook to promote my PPD niches, but lately
all of my existing accounts got banned or limited for 30 days. (Cant comment)

Now i dont have more phone numbers to verify my accounts, and i got
tired all the time to create new emails again and again. I was doing a great
job there and i want to continue.. I need accounts.. you will suggest me to
buy accounts.. yeah sure.. good idea.. but i cant afford right now to spend
money. Can someone help me?
