Need Help With Facebook Photo Contest Client

I have a client who is a model and she is desperate for likes on a photo contest page. I have been helping her with likes to her fan page buying them off Fiverr but I a have never done likes to a photo. Seems most of the people on Fiverr cannot provide likes to the photo in this contest. I know it is possible because one of the ugliest girls in the contest is winning and is clearly buying likes. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
