Need Help with Facebook Advertising

I need a little bit help with Facebook Advertising. For starting out, I need a few things:

1. A good VCC Provider:
Please help me find a good VCC provider for FB ads account. + Does entropay VCC works with facebook?

2. A good private US Proxy:
A private U.S proxy. Recommend me a good seller here on BHW.

3. Provider of Facebook Vouchers:
That's the most important part. I need a provider of facebook vouchers. Can you tell me from where I can get facebook vouchers?

1- I'm not aware of any VCC provider whose VVCs work with facebook ads, as for entropay i'm not sure, but I read somewhere on BHW that they don't work anymore.

2- I never bought any so I can't help you with it.

3- Although I haven't used any of them, you can find fiverr sellers, or contact one of these two BHW members (maybe there are others, I'm not sure) that I have seen selling vouchers:
