Need Help with Facebook Ads

I need to ask some questions about facebook ads.

I created my facebook account with my real information, and I entered my credit card as a payment method. Name on credit card and facebook is the same.

I wanted to promote a post on my page, and when I started a campaign, it was automatically suspended saying "fraudulent activity".

Then, I sent them my passport scan proving that I'm the owner of the facebook account, and owner of the credit card, and they responded that they can't help me.

I'm really new in this, so I would like to hear some advice or recommendation if I did something wrong, and how to use facebook ads for promoting my page and posts correctly.

If your account got suspended, then they cannot do anything, try to open a new facebook account with different name, and billing and credit card.

But that is all long process. What are you trying to advertise? May be they didn't like what you are promoting and suspended.

You should use a VPS and VCC to do such things

Try to rely your credit card to paypal ! Create account with your real name, add paypal as payment method !
Then go promoting your post or whatelse you want !

I agree, you should use paypal for this regards, is more secure and Facebook will not reject it.
If your account has already been suspended, there´s nothing you can do, you should create a new one and be more careful.

Do they check if the name on my facebook account matches the name on paypal?

This account was fresh? Launched only on incognito card?
