Need help with Facebook (Ads)

So i added my cc to a random paypal acc (well not random but i forgot email and pass) and now i cant get it to another paypal account. So is it possible to add a vcc to my paypal so i can do ads or would that not work?

Paypal is not providing such facilities. Better to write an email to the PayPal staff.
