Need Help with Facebook Ads Restriction and Instagram Boost

Hello,I’m having an issue with Facebook Ads Manager. I can boost my Instagram posts through the app, but I can’t link my Instagram to Facebook.

When I try to access the "Ads Manager," I get the message: "Your account is restricted at the moment: You have been temporarily blocked from performing this action." ( Photo attached)

I need help to:
1)Understand why my account is restricted.
2) Remove the restriction and link my Instagram to Facebook.
3) check the Account Quality page for other issues

Also, I want to know:

1) Are there significant differences between Facebook Ads and Instagram Boost?
2) Which platform delivers better and higher-quality leads?

1. Your account was restricted because you violated one of the policies

2. Appeal and if it doesn't work, move on and get a new account

3. You can see this info on your ads manager dashboard

Currently, connecting Instagram and Facebook is very complicated. Via is restricted from being able to connect to Instagram. You can only fix it by using a new account
 
Do you still see your account in the ad? Usually lost accounts will have such pictures. And to connect Instagram to Facebook, check with the old page to see if you have canceled the connection. After canceling the connection with the old page, you can connect to the new page.

1) The Instagram account that I'm using to run ads today that working fine I connected to the defective account that Facebook violated and restricted . (Connected in the account center) the option to advertise can it make problems because they are connecting right now?


2) And when you said get a new account you mean I should create a new Facebook account and then connect it to the current working Instagram account that I'm running ads on right now?

The new account it I'm going to connect to the Instagram current already working account needs to be opening with different IP or separate untrackable browser??
I already disconnected the defective account from the account center

please let me know thank you brother
 
You can use another facebook account with the new proxy, to link to your instagram account

Yes, connect Instagram to the page and use it to promote your products. Use a browser on adspower and a separate proxy for that profile

Visit account quality and submit a apeal, if it still doesn't work well, chat with Fb support
 
Currently, connecting IG to Fb is having many difficulties, and if your campaign has any unusual problems, it will be stopped immediately.
If you see a problem, you can message support

1. It is most likely that you have violated FB policies.
2. To remove the restriction you need to request for a review or contact FB support directly.
3. Not sure you can access this as you are restricted. I recommend you to attach a Business Manager in the future.

Facebook Ads offer advanced targeting options, detailed analytics, and various ad formats, leading to higher-quality leads and more refined campaign management. Instagram Boost is simpler, with limited targeting and analytics, making it more suitable for quick visibility rather than high-quality lead generation.
 
Hi! New here. I have the same problem. I´m located in Sweden. I dont know if this is a country thing but i can´t even create the account before that thing pops up. My account does not have any strikes regarding violations etc and i dont know how to fix it
 
Not certain you can get to this as you are limited. I prescribe you to connect a Business Chief later on.
