Need Help With Facebook Accounts & Fan Pages

I have a simple question;

Can people see who's the admin of a fan page?

The thing is I've been managing my fan pages with a fake PVA but that doesn't feel safe and I'm looking for a reliable option. I don't want anyone know that I'm (my real account) the owner of the fan pages / sites.

No, only if you set the privacy setting to show who the owner of the page is.
