Probably a huge noob question, but better safe than sorry... I've checked on Google but I'm not sure I understand the concept of "expired"
How do I determine the age of a domain and how do I even know if it is expired?
I found one on expireddomains.com
It's listed as "available"
WhoisBirthYear is 2019
Archive.orgBirthYear is 2013

put those domain

put those domains on archive.org to see all histories from those domains

Nope. People will still see 2019 as YOB
This is really confusing to me... How do you register an aged domain? As soon as you buy it, won't the Whois birth year change to the date of the acquisition?

If you want to use those expired domains, make sure they have no Google penalties and no spam

Filter spam score beforehand.

Expired domain in simple terms is basically a domain that was expired long ago and wasn't renewed by its previous owner. These domains usually have a history of backlinks, site content, etc..

A fresh domain is when you are starting new and it has no history of being used in the past compared to an expired domain.

The domain has a history of being used? Then yes, it's an expired domain.
