need help with expired domain-Urgent

I have found a really good domain on expired domains and it says its expiring today

I did a who is search and according to that it ran out in july but when I try to buy the name it says its unavailable. does this mean someone else has it?

can someone explain to me if I am going to be able to buy this today? is there a time that it gets updated that I have to wait for or something?

maybe the person who owns it already paid to prolong the domain, OR the bill is still hanging and the owner usually has 30 days to pay.

thank you for your fast response thats what I though but I searched who is and they said it expired at the start of july. but I cant buy it and the site says pending renewal or deletion.

does anyone know how long they have, and can anyone confirm that this will be available today if that's what it says on expired domains?

Once a domain expired it goes in a redemption period that last 60 days. Only after that it becomes available for the public.

You should keep checking back, it might have expired date, but you won't be able to get it on that date.
