Could be anything..

Could be simple text with an ascii offset value.

For example Say the letter 'A' was 60 and the encryption offset value is 12 A would be made into the number 72 whichever letter that becomes.

looks more like HEX based characters, so maybe RSA? did you get a key at all?

where did it come from?
what file type / file extension?

need more info to help... that code could be anything, without having some indication of what algorithm was used or file type or where it came from it's near impossible to crack.
