Need help with email list building

Hello everyone,

I would like to use GSA Email Spider to collect emails and after i collect it i want to use GSA Email Verifier to delete dead emails and then to use this list to promote affiliate products to people, but i found out that it is illegal to send in bulk (spam). So is it possible to bypass that legality to send emails to people legal?
And is it the same situation about legality if i create squeeze page and collect people's emails in this way? Is it illegal too?

The squeeze page way is legal. It's illegal to solicit products via email to anyone who hasn't given you consent to.
